Booking Conditions

Prices are per person per night for Bed and full English Breakfast.

Special diets catered for.

Your room will usually be available from 4pm - 6pm, earlier or later by arrangement, and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure, but do contact us if you would like to make alternative arrangements and we will do our best to help.

Payment:

We require a deposit of one night's accommodation value payable by card over the phone. Single night's accommodation to be paid for before arrival. Longer stays or multiple room bookings a deposit of one night's accommodation value will be required as a non-refundable deposit.

We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the booked accommodation should the reservation be cancelled and we are unable to re-let the room or if holiday is curtailed early.

It is advisable to take out Holiday Insurance Cover.

Sorry we do not accept pets or payment by cheque.

Any damage or breakages are to be paid for before departure.
